Kauai Conference Rooms
From receptions for 2,000 to board meetings for 12 VIPs, you'll find the perfect venue for hosting your next meeting or convention in Hawaii.  Select the space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices. 

To ensure your event in our Hawaii business conference rooms meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Grand Ballroom, Promenade and Court
Our largest meeting venue, this spacious and elegant ballroom features over 14,000 square feet of flexible space, dramatic chandeliers, beautiful murals and walls of windows and glass doors leading to the stunning gardens. Host the opening session for your conference in a theater style set up for 1,500, or lead a training session with 750 attendees in a classroom set up.  Create an inventive themed closing night banquet with formal seating for 1,000 guests, or toast to a successful year with a classic reception for 2,000. The Grand Ballroom can also be broken into as many as seven separate areas, to be formatted to suit a variety of needs. The adjoining Grand Garden and Grand Promenade are ideal locations for setting up coffee breaks, buffets or pre-event registration tables.

Kauai Ballroom and Promenade
This gracious ballroom works perfectly for small to medium sized gatherings. Utilize the entire space to accommodate a theater-style set up for 600, a classroom style meeting for 400 or a seated banquet for 350.  Or, choose to separate the ballroom into as many as six separate salons, with breakout rooms for brainstorming sessions, team-building exercises or luncheon set ups as needed.  The adjacent Kauai Promenade is an excellent location for an early morning continental breakfast buffet, or a cocktail party prior to a formal dinner.

Garden Isle
This collection of meeting rooms, conveniently located next to the Grand Ballroom, offers a variety of combinations for any number of events, from committee meetings to your convention “headquarters.” Used singly, each room can accommodate boardroom-style gatherings for 16, U-shape or hollow square set ups for 15-17. When you require slightly larger venues, several rooms may be combined to host up to 120 in a theater set up, or in a banquet setting for 50.

Regency Boardroom
Select this classic boardroom for inspirational high-level meetings.  Featuring stunning views of the ocean and grounds and an elegant table with executive leather chairs, this stylish and private meeting room serves as the ideal setting for your most important sessions. A built-in buffet allows attendees to continue working while enjoying a continental breakfast or casual lunch. This permanently set boardroom can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
